Each piece is meticulously crafted in advance, ensuring minimal wait times. These blank pieces are ready for you to customize—select fabrics, weaves, colors, and finishes to adapt them to your home or project.

Why choose BLMRS®

  • Bespoke furniture can often be a frustrating process. We aim to simplify it by freeing you from the back-and-forth with manufacturers. You only commit to a purchase once the blank pieces are physically ready for customization.  

  • Quality is non-negotiable. We never compromise to meet deadlines. Our process ensures you have full control, and we only ask you to proceed once the pieces are prepared to your exact specifications.

  • We dislike surprises—birthday parties are fine, but not when it comes to your furniture. That’s why we invest upfront in production, offering a system designed for transparency and peace of mind for both you and us.

  • Fine furniture takes time, and the industry’s processes can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unfamiliar with them. You don’t need to be part of that complexity—we handle it for you.

  • If you’re new to the world of fine furniture, the process and pricing might feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. We recommend exploring our materials and craftsmanship to understand the value behind each piece.  

  • Our pieces are an investment in quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design. If you’re looking for low-cost options, our products may not align with your budget.

    This is especially true for vacation rental projects, where the focus is often on maximizing profit margins by minimizing costs. While we understand the need for budget-conscious decisions in such projects, our furniture is not designed to fit into that model.

    Vacation rentals typically prioritize durability and affordability over artistry and craftsmanship. Our pieces, on the other hand, are made to last for generations, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on timeless design. They are not disposable or replaceable—they are heirloom-quality pieces meant to be cherished.

    If you’re furnishing a vacation rental and looking to work on a limited budget we’re likely not the right fit. Our furniture is for those who value the story behind each piece, the skill of the artisans, and the beauty of handcrafted design.

    For vacation rental projects, we recommend exploring more cost-effective, mass-produced options that align with your budget and business goals. Our pieces are better suited for personal homes, boutique hotels, or spaces where quality and artistry take precedence over cost-cutting.

  • While our pre-made system speeds up delivery compared to traditional bespoke options, fine furniture still takes time. If you need something urgently and aren’t willing to wait for craftsmanship, we may not be the best choice. 

  • If you’re not interested in personalizing your furniture, our pre-made blank pieces might not appeal to you. 

  •  We prioritize craftsmanship, sustainability, and respect for the artisan process. If these values don’t resonate with you, our approach might not feel like the right fit.

How it works

  • 1. Join the Waiting List: Subscribe here to receive notifications when pieces are ready for customization.  

    2. Explore Options: Review customization choices via our emails, social media, or website. Familiarize yourself with fabrics, weaves, and colors.  

    3. Quote Shipping: If you’re outside CDMX, request a shipping quote in advance to avoid surprises.  

  • 1. Notification: We’ll notify you in the order you signed up.  

    2. Customize: Finalize your design and request a quote. Our team is available to guide you through the process if needed.  

    3. Place Your Order: Secure your piece with a deposit or full payment. 

  • 1. Confirmation: We’ll work with you to formalize your order and confirm all details.  

    2. 48-Hour Window: Make changes or cancel with a 20% penalty. After this period, orders are final and non-refundable.  

    3. Completion: Your order will be ready in approximately 2 weeks. We’ll notify you when it’s prepared for shipping or pickup.
